Voices from the industry ep. 1

Publié le 22/02/2024

Communication is the keyword that has been leading and guiding our approach to business over the past few years. We believe that connecting with each other and understanding the industry can be highly beneficial and bring along new opportunities and partnerships.

For this reason, we have decided to launch a new section in our newsletters fully dedicated to interviews, where with each new issue we will share the voices and opinions of some of our most trusted business partners from all over the world.

We are happy to begin this new chapter with an interview to Pawel Nowak, Operations Director of Mikran.pl, our Polish distributor, whom we have been business partners with for over a decade and whom we thank for taking the time to answer our questions.

Please briefly introduce your company, Mikran.pl, and where you are located.

We are Mikran.pl, a company founded in 1995 and with over 25 years of experience in the field. We are based in Poznan, Poland and from our headquarters we distribute products and knowledge to dental technicians. Our mission is to offer a wide selection of products in the shortest possible time, as well as providing assistance to customers by our dedicated and competent team.

How long have you been working with Ugin Dentaire and what made you decide to distribute our products to your national market?  What are Ugin’s products most appreciated characteristics by your customers?

We started working with Ugin Dentaire in 2010, so our cooperation has been ongoing for more than a decade. We began with distributing Ugin Dentaire’s casting machines, and later shifted our focus to a wider range of products, including sintering furnaces.

The one aspect of Ugin Dentaire’s products that our customers appreciate the most is their proven reliability, as well as their quality and efficiency coming at a competitive price.

Our newsletter is read by companies from all over the world. How would you describe the current trends of your national market and regional area (in terms of investments, technologies, public demand, business opportunities, …)?

At the present time, the dental market is changing and shifting from analogic work and moving more and more in the direction of digital work. Digitalization represents both an opportunity and a big challenge for all companies, and especially for manufacturers.

What technologies do you think will be the most high-on-demand in the Polish/Eastern European dental market the near future?

From our experience and seeing the above-mentioned current trends of the market, I believe that the most requested products will involve printing, milling, sintering, and designing.

And lastly, if you had to recommend one Ugin Dentaire product that particularly struck your attention, what would it be and why?

I would surely recommend the e.ON Sinter Fast Plus. It is the best sintering furnace in its particular price range and has gained the attention of our customers.

Thanks to

Pawel Nowak
